The HillTop Festival - Success!

The festival was great! Despite threats of storms, old man weather held off until around four. The booth looked wonderful and we had a steady stream of visitors all day. We sold 14 books! I realize that’s not much for some people, but considering that this was a promotional event, I’m ecstatic. I’m still surprised that people want to know about something that came out of my imagination. Joe [my husband] kept introducing me as “THE AUTHOR” with great flourish and I think I must have blushed every time. By the end of the day, I was exhausted and happy.
